Start with a firm foundation!! We will have a soils report done before any construction begins. The soils report will help the engineers to design the size and materials requirements to build a firm foundation. Once we lay out the foundation the plumbing will be roughed in. Once the city inspector signs off on the building plan, then we can install the concrete. Concrete requirement’s will usually call for a deputy inspector to be present when we are pouring the concrete. These inspectors assure that the concrete company is providing the concrete that is called for. After the foundation dries we can begin the framing process and roofing.

Once the framing is finished then the interior elements will begin. Electrical and lighting will be roughed in and then after more city inspections, drywall will be installed. Once the drywall is installed then the texture will be applied. Bathrooms will be built and the kitchen will be built. The finishing touches will be finished.
